If you have changes of staff while using the platform you can simply delete a learner and add a new one. Simply go to “Manage Learners” to amend details, delete a learner, or add a new one in.
New learners will be on their own timeline and training journey. They will start the training schedule from month one and continue to receive training each month thereafter on their own timing.
When you purchased your subscription, you purchased a specific number of licenses (learners or seats). You can view how many licenses (learners or seats) you have used and how many are free within the “Manage Learners” section in the Security Awareness Training.
