To get started, make sure to first add your learners and Whitelist IP addresses. Navigate to the Phishing Simulations tab to begin setting up the campaign, you will be greeted with a chatbot to assist your phishing setup.
This chatbot will ask you a series of questions about your organisation. Your answers are used to customise your phishing emails so that they are relevant to your organisation. Alternatively, you will be given the option to set up Phishing emails manually.
Once you finalise setting up with the chatbot or manually, you will be redirected to Simulations where you are required to 'Activate Phishing Now' activate Phishing Campaigns.
If you are not able to set your phishing simulator to active, it may be because your phishing campaigns are scheduled to go out in past months. In this scenario, edit your phishing schedule so all campaigns will run in future months and click to activate.
Phishing simulation emails will start going out to your learners as per the dates set by your schedule, you can view your schedule by scrolling down, you can also click here to see the default 12-month training schedule. As your phishing campaigns are completed you will be able to see how many learners successfully passed and who is at risk within the "Phishing Simulations" tab. You will receive reporting and email notifications on the awareness of your learners and the outcomes of the simulation.
