To get started navigating Workplace Professional, simply access the My Business Workplace Dashboard to navigate the platform's different functions.
The two functions available on the Dashboard help you locate materials relevant to the function you wish to carry out.
Please note that to create documents for your clients you must first add clients through the Employees page. Alternatively, you can start browsing our Custom Template Library.
Use the administrator drop-down for platform quick links. Simply click on 'Administrator' on the top-right corner of the page to navigate to Employees, My Documents, Company Profile, and seek Support.
Confirm your profile details and update them where necessary. Your business details and contact details are set as per the details provided when you purchased the subscription.
You may go to Company Profile on your Workplace Professional account drop-down to update the trading name, website, and include the company logo which will be included in documents.
