Your cyber platform comes with a default 12-month training schedule for your learners. This schedule has been designed to cover the most impactful topics and educational content.
You can add additional training courses to this schedule if there are specific topics particularly relevant to your business and staff.
To add a new training course into your schedule, click on "Security Awareness Training", and click on “Add to Schedule”.
First choose which month within your training schedule you would like this new course to take place and then select from the “Schedule Month” drop down to choose. You can have multiple courses scheduled for the same month. If your learners have been receiving training for several months and are for example on month 4, if you add a new course for month 2, these existing learners will not receive the new training course. You must add the new course to a future date within your schedule for all learners to receive it.
Scroll through the list of courses under the “Course Filter” drop-down and review available courses. Click on “Add Course” and then “Save Schedule” to add the new course into your schedule.
To apply your schedule to existing learners, go to “Training Overview”, “Training Schedule”, and click on “Push Schedule to All Learners” in order for new training to be available to learners.
