After purchasing Workplace, you will receive an onboarding email containing a link to the Workplace platform. If this is your first time accessing the platform, see the article on Activating your account.
You can simply sign in by accessing the Workplace platform, alternatively, you can also access Workplace from the My Business website by following the steps below:
1. Sign in to My Business here, or simply click on 'Login' in the top-right corner.
2. You will be prompted to sign in. Once sign in you will be redirected to the My Business site.
3. Click on your name in the header and select ‘Workplace' from the dropdown box
4. Sign in using your Workplace credentials. Once signed in, you will arrive at the Workplace dashboard.
